Refund policy
We accept returns on all non-perishable items up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount, minus the shipping costs for the return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@farmsteadhudson.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@farmsteadhudson.com for assistance.
